Customer Referral Program is designed to incentivize our existing customers to bring us new customers through word-of-mouth marketing. This is a way for us to express our gratitude for your trust and support. We believe that your referrals will be one of our most effective marketing methods.

Main features of the program:

  • Referral rewards   When you successfully refer a new customer to use our logistics services, you will receive 8% of the new customer’s first freight charge as a reward. Starting from the second freight charge, you will receive a 4% reward. Rewards will continue to be issued for up to the first 10 freight charges completed by the new customer. New customers will also enjoy discounts during the trial period.
  • Referral method   You can refer new customers by providing a dedicated referral link or referral code we provide. When new customers use our logistics services, they need to register through your referral link or enter your referral code.
  • Reward validity   The rewards you earn will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. During the validity period, you can use the rewards to offset the cost of our logistics services.
  • Success criteria for referred customers   New customers need to complete at least one logistics transaction within 90 days of registration and successfully pay the freight.
